Minset at NASHE 2025

Minset at NASHE 2025

The Minset team was on center stage at NAHSE last week in Pittsburgh, investing and sharing our experience of what it takes to be successful with AI in the near and long-term. We were also learning about all the amazing work that NAHSE has done historically and the current work with college students on solving some of Healthcare greatest challenges. We all left inspired!

Last week, Trey McMillian, Prakash Patel, M.D., Kristi Ebong, Charles Bracken, Anika Gardenhire, RN,CHCIO, and Mike Luessi had the honor of kicking off the CEO Track at NAHSE 2025.

The opening session explored how venture capital and innovation are reshaping healthcare leadership with Charles moderating a powerful fireside chat featuring Prakash and Kristi. Mike then had the opportunity to moderate a discussion with Trey and Anika on Operational Intelligence: How Health Systems Can Responsibly Harness AI to Drive Efficiency, Agility, and Impact.

A special thanks to Philip Burton and Dominique Morgan, our session co-chairs, for curating such an impactful track, and to the NAHSE leadership for bringing together some of the most forward-thinking voices in healthcare.

At Minset.ai, we believe the next wave of transformation in healthcare will be driven not by hype, but by responsible intelligence — AI that partners with clinicians and leaders to simplify operations, strengthen governance, and accelerate impact across systems.

Proud to see our team contributing to this dialogue and shaping how innovation and operational excellence come together to improve care.
